- No warranty is provided on items of clothing for
men and women.
- Exchange of clothing items and footwear on
account of size is allowed.
BartzMall will not exchange or replace a product if it is found that
it has been used or damaged by the customer. Onus of sending the product back
for replacement in original packing lies with the customer.
Products in all other categories
- It is mandatory to produce the receipt of
purchase along with any claims of refund or exchange. All customers are
therefore advised to keep their purchase receipts safe. The 7 days warranty becomes
null and void without the proof of receipt of purchase.
