Exchange / Refund Policy

At BartzMall, we try to make sure that our customers get the products ordered by them in top condition without any defects. However, if, for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the quality of product, you can exchange or get refund for the same within 7 days of receiving the order.  You can request for refund or exchange by simply making a call or sending us a mail within 7 days of delivery of the product.

However, products bought from us can be refunded or exchanged only if they are sent back in their original packing with all the tags and in unused and undamaged condition. A product will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances if has been damaged because of improper use or handling. There is no refund or exchange facility available to customers ordering from foreign countries. However, if an international customer agrees to pay the shipping charges for both sides, his product can be exchanged. We are working on refund and exchange for our valued international customers and it shall soon be announced.


Salient features of our refund/exchange policy

All customers who receive a product different from what is ordered stand to receive replacement free of cost. The same is true for customers who receive a broken, damaged, or defective product. However, exchange of product is subject to its availability in our stock.

Exchange of a product on account of wrong size is done after its inspection by the team at BartzMall.

Some products such as undergarments, wrist watches, mobile handsets etc are not covered under exchange policy of BartzMall.

Many products carrying warranty from the manufacturer need to be set to respective manufacturers for exchange.
